Keynotes, workshops, and off-sites: a map drawn together. A working session, not a lecture — your audience leaves with a method, not just a metaphor. This guide maps the investment and the terms of the day.
Choose the size of the room and the depth of the work.
Sixty minutes plus Q&A on decision mapping, ideation, or navigating change — tailored to your room, delivered once, live. One event, one stage; your audience leaves carrying the method.
The address, then sleeves up: a same-day working session where your team maps one of its own live decisions with the method it just heard. The idea arrives applied, not described.
Two days of facilitated off-site work, bracketed by the real work: stakeholder pre-interviews and agenda design before, a written route-map of commitments after — routes, not notes.
Clients who have traveled with us before receive 10% preferred pricing on any new engagement, rates locked for twelve months, and priority scheduling.
Refer a new client and receive a service credit of 10% of their first engagement — up to $2,500 — toward any decision cartographic offering.
Fees cover delivery within the houston–austin–dallas triangle; beyond it, a flat travel fee applies — never marked-up expenses. Recording, encores, and additional summit days are available — see the terms below.
The essentials of how we work together. A signed agreement governs every engagement — this is the plain-language version of it.
Thirty minutes, free, and useful on its own. No proposal until we've actually talked about your room, your audience, and what they should carry out of it.
A 50% deposit holds the date; the balance is invoiced after delivery, net 15. A booking is one event, one room, one live delivery — an address doesn't split into two shorter talks, and it doesn't repeat down the hall (that's an encore).
Every engagement includes a discovery call and two rounds of tailoring — agenda, cases, and language fit to your room. Deeper custom builds, new frameworks, or proprietary research are scoped and quoted separately.
Workshop and summit working sessions are capped at 25 participants — past that, facilitation stops working. Larger groups add a second session or a co-facilitator, quoted at booking. Theater seating for the address is uncapped.
The live delivery is what's purchased. An internal-archive recording license is available as an add-on ($2,500; internal use only). Public distribution, excerpting, and use in training materials or AI systems aren't licensed at any price. Slides and frameworks remain ours; the maps your team draws are yours.
A second live delivery to a different room on the same day and site is available as an add-on ($4,000) — booked in advance, not decided in the hallway.
Pre-interviews and agenda design come before; the written route-map arrives within ten business days after. Both are included. Additional days ($8,000 each) are agreed before the retreat begins — summit days run consecutively and don't scatter into stray half-days across the calendar.
Included within the houston–austin–dallas triangle. Beyond it: a flat $1,500 domestic fee (international quoted individually), plus reasonable expenses at cost — never marked up.
One reschedule within six months moves the deposit with the date. Cancellation inside 30 days retains the deposit; inside 14 days, the full fee. If we must cancel, you receive a full refund and first right to the next open date.
Fees effective july 2026 and reviewed annually — never repriced after booking. This guide is informational; the signed engagement agreement governs.
